Coaching is a process of personal development and with a help of an experienced coach, you can identify your goals, create a plan to achieve them and identify any obstacles that may be standing in your way. Session 1: Understand your current situation and identify what you want to achieve.
In the first session, we work together to identify your goals and aspirations. They will help you clarify what you want to achieve and why it is important to you. By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of what you want to accomplish and agree on a draft plan of action.
Session 2: Overcoming obstacles and barriers.
In the second session, we will work to identify any obstacles that may be standing in your way. These may be unknown or unaware to you, however using both counselling and coaching techniques we will explore past and present challenges. We will review your coping skills, useful, and unhelpful strategies and map out strategies to use, to help overcome and keep you motivated as you work towards your goals.
Session 3: Creating a Plan.
By the third session, we will start to have the first blueprint of your plan of action. We will pinpoint specific actions you can take to move closer to your goals each day. By the end of the session, we would have a carefully considered plan, taking into consideration your personal and professional demands, and ensuring realistic timelines to achieve your set goals and tasks.
Session 4: Accountability and Support.
In the fourth session, you are encouraged to feedback on your progress in meeting your goals. As your coach, I will provide accountability and support and offer direction for tweaks and adaptation. This may include setting up regular check-ins, nudges or reminders or encouraging you to keep a daily track of the progress you are making.
Session 5: Mindset Shift
In the fifth session, we will work on any doubts, and uncertainty that might start to appear. We will introduce confidence-building exercises and resilience practices. These exercises
will help you overcome any limiting beliefs or negative self-talk that may be holding you back.
Session 6: Celebrating Success.
Session six is an opportunity to celebrate your successes and reflect on how far you have come. Not everyone would have successfully achieved all their goals, however taking stock to review what worked well and what needs tweaking helps to refocus and keep the momentum going. Celebrating your success at this point also helps you build confidence and motivate you to continue working towards your goals.
