What is Wellness/Wellbeing Coaching?
Contrary to popular assumption managing our wellness is not a skill that comes naturally, we all need to learn and discover how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve a balanced wellbeing. Wellbeing is a balancing act across several dimensions such as Relationship, Health, Self, Intellectual/ Financial, Environment and Spirituality. These dimensions are interlinked to form who you are and how you interact with the world around you. As your Wellbeing Coach, I work with you to tackle the aspects of your wellbeing you feel needs focus but will also provide a holistic approach to your Wellbeing. I will work with you to understand the relationship you have with your wellbeing, and help you become self-aware of what positive skills you have that will help you achieve your life and wellbeing goals.

What does a Wellbeing program consist of?
Wellbeing coaching utilizes techniques such as Wellbeing CBT and NLP. It starts with a complementary Wellbeing Discovery session, where we discuss your individual requirements and follow up with a personalised wellbeing program package consisting of Goal Setting, Action Planning, Implementation and Maintenance /Relapse planning. Sessions can take place via Skype or face to face and session lengths are largely dependent on your requirements and tasks.
Wellbeing Programs for You
What is unique about the Wellness Link Programs? Sustainable change requires time, in fact it can take on average more than 2 months before a new behaviour becomes automatic 66 days to be exact. Therefore it is my belief that buying individual sessions in the early stages of coaching limits the efficiency of installing sustainable change.
Wellness Link packages include 4 types of sessions
- Complementary Discovery session - Opportunity to get to know each other and for us to understand your coaching and wellbeing needs
- Goal setting sessions – Your wellbeing intentions and goals are formulated, these can be short- and long-term goals.
- Action planning sessions - We tackle your readiness to change, your motivations and start to put in place a roadmap to achieving your long-term goals.
- Implementation sessions - Provides you with the opportunity to work with me to help you implement your plan into your daily routine.
For example; if you would like to install healthier eating habits, I will accompany you to the grocery shop or/either arrange a cooking session to ensure you have the best possible start and tools to deploy your plan.
